WHO WE ARE
LEADERSHIP
At the Rotary Club of Wendell, leadership is about service, not titles. Our board is made up of dedicated local professionals and community members who lead by example—organizing projects, building partnerships, and inspiring others to step up and make a difference. Together, we turn lunchtime meetings into launchpads for real change.
OUR BELIEFS
We believe in Service Above Self, and that lasting change starts at the local level. We’re guided by Rotary’s Four-Way Test—asking if our actions are truthful, fair, build goodwill, and benefit all concerned. We believe that fellowship fuels service, and that when good people come together with purpose, there's nothing we can't accomplish.
THE FOUR-WAY TEST

The Four-Way Test is the ethical compass that guides every Rotarian. Simple yet powerful, it asks us to consider whether our thoughts, words, and actions are truthful, fair, build goodwill, and benefit all involved. It’s not just a test—it’s a daily reminder to lead with integrity and put service above self.
Is it the TRUTH?
We lead with honesty—because trust starts with truth.
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
We seek equity and respect in every relationship.
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
We choose kindness, connection, and collaboration.
